Highly recommend watching this. Ik this is almost 5 years old but they interview the people at POC and show the research and development of the MIPS system compared to a helmet that does not have MIPS.

Virginia Tech has been rating helmets through testing for a while now, MIPS (or POC Spin, or whatever other competitor version) helmets always take the top spots

in all seriousness this is good practice in this day and age. yeah it's fake. besides the actual concept itself, look at the fonts used, the inconsistency in copy, that dumb (C) logo after MIPs (i've never seen it written that way, for one it's an (R) if anything appears next to it, and i either see it as MIPS or Mips but never as MIPs; "S" stands for "system" so there's no reason you'd ever see each letter capitalized except for the "s")

I didn’t read any of it just saw the image and thought it was another dumb idea. The different shades of yellow with the bulky hat just sold it
