I don't think it's that freaky, it may seem like that at first, but the letter is always going to be D.

Then there is just 4 countries to choose from, of which 3 are not countries everyone even knows let alone think about them quickly.

Then we get a K, well there are a lot of animals that start with a K but the most common answer will be Kangaroo since everyone knows that one, then we have the O and fruit and then Orange is by far the easiest to come up with.

It's a nice little trick but nothing more then that.
 
Especially seeing as Dubai isn't a country. Or maybe that was your point, either way, yes you did.
