Learn geography dude, Nagasaki is on a whole other island of Japan from where the Tsunami hit. And it's on the western side not even the east.

The Torri gate that is supposedly in Nagasaki in your picture is in Otsuchi, roughly 1300km from Nagasaki.

And Torri gates are mostly so strong because of their shape: round solid wood or stone poles.
 
i was waiting in line for a rave. a lady was trying to keep the heat low (as in cops) so she asked us to lean against the wall and not hang out in the middle of the sidewalk. there was a bush in between us and the wall so we told her. she was like - then you guys stay as close as you can, stay Wall-ish. i was like - ?! what?!?!?! shes like - stay at the wall-ish. i asked her if i could afterbang to the wallisch. she looked at me funny and kept walking, mind = blown
