I'm trying to get off of work. I'd drive through Duluth on friday afternoon on my way there if anybody wants a ride.
 
yo how much room you got in your car? say for 2 possibly? and would you be staying the night in marquete saturday night?

 
I got the weekend off! I'll have 1 or 2 spots in my car depending on if my friend Will comes with. I'll let you know how many spots whenever he decides. I'm not sure what I'm doing for sleeping yet, but I might get a hotel or try to find a place to stay at with someone there.
 
I will be there! And as for the jump, I heard that it has been built and measures out to 57ft. Thats what I heard atleast...

well you got my last name right, but my first name is spelled with a k. if i don't drive with you, where are all the farting sounds and incessant laughing going to come from?
 
it was truly a great event. setup could have been a little better but the vibe was so legit!

p.s. i secretly wished that they would of had a pocet rocket for a prize like last year
 
I had a fun time on the big up rail, that's about it. Jump was way scary, but doable. Landing could have been 2 times as long, and maybe thats why so many people got hurt. Judging and announcing was ghetto. And the skier with no poles and no goggles is the winner! hahaha Oh yeah...and the girl with the blonde hair wins! ahahhaha lame.... oh well, up rail went off, so it was fun. Thanks for putting on a fun comp, but definately need to bring up the level of superness for next year!
 
i'd say about a 7 on the super scale... super fun, epic weather, but the setup did need some tweeking...  the jump location was better that other years, but the landing needed to be way longer.  and they should have had a different jump for amateur big air.  hulk hogan's superman front flip was so gnarly! took it to flat and stomped it.  a lot of ambulance rides too, hope everyone is ok.
 
Nathan is all good, he fell on a 630 out of the up rail and landed sideways and slammed his head. He said he was good but the ski patrol made a big ass deal about it and called the ambulance and he had to go to the E.R. It was gay cuz he was with me and we where just starting to film off the big table and i had to go to the hospital with him. Day over, but whatever shit happens.
 
Superpark was pretty epic... drove up from madison got in at 1 oclock on saturday morning only to get up like 6 or 7 hours later and film all day. I think i got some sick footage of the comp and hopefully will have an edit in the next couple of weeks. Then we left saturday after the product toss. Only a few miles from the wisco border and I got pulled over for going 76 in a 55. Luckily he was super nice... He came back to my car with the citation and goes "you were going 60 miles an hour today right"... "uhhh... Yes... Yes I was" haha. So that was pretty sweet. Overall fun trip i just wish i could have afforded the lift ticket. But filming was sick.
 
i thought i was just getting into town and didnt see a speed limit sign...comes back....im really srry officer i thought i was just gettin out of the town
 
So, apparently my speeding ticket is gonna cost me $110 dollars... for a 5mph over citation... a bit much i'd say. I can't imagine what it would have cost me if the officer cited me for the actual 21mph over haha...
