"The band of crippling snow amounts will run from Iowa, through Wisconsin and into northern Michigan. The openness of the terrain will lend itself to severe drifting snow and occasional complete white-outs.

Play it safe and don't go out tonight unless you really have to. This is a very dangerous storm, and the situation should not be taken lightly."

i'm sure you've all heard, but what the hell. stoked.

 
Friday should be an epic opening day for basically every resort I think. They should have received 2 feet of natures best by than, and then whatever else the resorts throw down.

 
everything north of grand rapids should be alright, everything south better hope it doesnt turn all to rain after midnight
 
The UP hasn't gotten much since the weekend, or at least that's the case here in Houghton. But, it looks like lots of lake effect and that storm are starting to show up.

got about 4-6 inches in the mt pleasent area of michigan and now its raining.... no snow near detroit tho which sucks cause thats where i live.

West side of michigan is suppose to get a couple feet by the weekend, or at least thats what i hear
 
theres more than a foot on the ground around here....looks like places like nubs and boyne got more.
 
shit all thats happening here in northern indiana is blowing snow, like maybe a few inches...
