So basically I'm thinking about going to MHSSC this summer, (not a claim), but I was wondering if anyone could help me out with how they got there. I was thinking of flying, but I have no idea of where to fly into or how to get to Mt. Hood after I fly in. Anyone else done this and have any info on how you did it?

I was also thinking of driving, but I live in NY and that is a haul and a half. I am most likely going to be living in Arizona this summer so I would need my car there anyway. So fly to hood and taxi to the mountain? or just drive to hood and then to Arizona afterwards? What do you guys think will be the better of the two options?
 
I would recomend flying, and if you're going with the camp they will pick you up at the airport so you don't need to worry about a taxi, and you fly into the portland airport (PDX) I believe.
 
I would highly reccomend going. So much fun. It'll be easiest to fly into Portland and they will have a mhssc table at baggage claim where u check in and wait for the bus to take u to camp
