He is such an ill snowboarder, hill style is unparalled. Are there any good videos of him on the internet?
 
totally agree, i saw him at PC, smooth as hell. new absinthe movie trailer has some tight shots, nollie cliff drops, buttery pow moves, etc
 
ill agree he has the best style in snowboarding... but he talks like a complete retard. cant have your cake and eat it i guess?
 
the man is a machine...his versatility is ridiculous and he just stomps everything with unbelievable style and power. and he's a real gangster...actually grew up in the denver ghetto and didn't start snowboarding until he was 17 or 18. not like all these skiers who think they're black even though they grew up in kalispell.

i saw a thing on him on fuel or something and it pissed me off cause he doesnt even like snowboarding he was like "Yeah i just got good at snowboarding, and im using that to move my music career" cuase now hes a DJ or whatever. He wasnt even stoked that hes an amazing snowboarder, he was way more worried about making headphones and spining records
 
MFM is sick and owns rails and BC as well. He definatley has a gangsta attitude. a lot of people call him a poser and stuff, but someone above said he grew up in the ghetto. even if he didnt who cares let him do his own thing
 
You've never heard of Federal Im guessing? Federal is right by the Bronco Stadium, and yes it it ghetto as fuck. MFM named his skate company after it.
 
maybe denver's tough neighborhoods don't compare with compton or south queens, but compared to where 99.26 percent of newschoolers.com members live, or other pro skiers hometowns and he has the most legit rep of any winter action sports athelete. i personally think he goes a little too far, but his talent/style are NOT in question. so damn smooth. he has had a decent amount of influence on the current "in" style in skiing, so remember that also. years ago people on this board would talk about him.
 
Meh. I think he's a douche. His style is alright, he's a decent rider. But there's defintely WAY better. He is widely hated among the snowboard community. He is also loved, though. Although his bindings fucking rule, I have them and love them
 
^ Ignorant. MFM has 2 motels that are all about the people and being a heaven for snowboarding. MFM is loved throughout the snowboarding community because of his SKILL, STYLE, and ALL MOUNTAIN riding abilities. He can do any rail trick without even thinking. Amazing style in air, grabs or not he just doesnt move. Amazing at skating, there is ghetto in Denver you morons who said there wasnt. Hispanic ghettos? Duhr. And he is big as hell and will stomp any of you kids.
 
Im not ignorant on the subject of MFM at all, haha, but thanks. I dont care if he owns 2 motels (although they are called the Block HOTELS) and from what I've heard from 4 people I know who stayed in one, they suck balls. ALtough the site makes em look real nice. And no he cant do any rail trick just like that. You want someone who's got mads style and a huge bag of rail tricks? JP WAlker, Eddie Wall, Yan Dofin, tons of riders out of the East Coast... and I dont care if he could "stomp me" that doesnt make me like him any more.
 
Mfm can do almost any rail trick name some he hasnt done. Maybe not front board a dub kink, some other weird new tech-tricks, its not his style. I got a buddy who paid for the cheapest room at the block they have and they let him pick any company room(zoo york he picked). All those dudes are sick in their own respect but mfm is self made in every sense of the word, and he does have better style than them on most tricks. check out Mike casanova he is the next big thing. You must be ignorant to think mfm isnt THE MAN.

Im allowed to voice my opinion, so no, I wont shut the fuck up. I dont hate him, and Im not hating on him. I think there are better riders, and I said that. Im not like "oh fuck MFM he's a stupid wannabe gangster pussy from the suburbs" like alot of kids.
 
im pretty sure MFM will go down as one of the best snowboarders ever.

Eddie Wall cant even hold a candle to him... MFM was doing 100 foot "turbo" nollies before Eddie Wall could link a turn.
