Metal rail toppings

hey i have a 12 foot metal rail. it has a 3/4 inch surface and i was wondering if i have to put anything on top of it? thanks and +k for legit answers

you dont need to put anything on it. you just grind it like a regular metal rail

depending on how sicky it is you might want to get candle wax and wax the top if its to sticky

or skate wax if its really sticky
