so there was a big gathering of freaks and dorks all dressed up in robes and shit at the bookstore and we had nothing better to do so we basically just went there and fucked with them all night. i started by talking to some of the kids in robes and being like hey do you like my costume, im a muggle. and then we kept walking around saying really loudly "I CANT BELIEVE THAT THEY SOLD OUT ALREADY!!!!" or "I CANT BELEIVE THAT HARRY DIES IN THIS ONE" got some good stares from people.
 
i think a newspaper in toronto gave away a bunch of secrets that got leaked and a bunch of people got pissed

if I didn't have to wake up early for work today I would have been all over doing that at the stores close to me. I was watching the news and there were all these kids waiting and this dude dressed as dumbledore. I laughed sooo hard. they're crazy! I'll get around to reading the book but there's no reason to wait on line then speed read locked in my room all day. In closing, omgomgomgwtf HARRYPOTTTETTER!!!
 
dude you shoulda got a megaphone and read off everything that happens from that thread JD made. that would of been hilarious.
 
my girlfriend's sister is a hardcore harry potter fan. she went to a midnight harry potter costume party at the bookstore last night and had her copy all reserved. but the line for the actual books and stuff was wrapped around the building, so she just got it this morning. she's not that crazy, she's awesome. i stopped reading them at the 4th book, so she's just going to tell me what happens. saves me a lot of reading.
 
for the book before this one there was a video of a bunch of people driving aaround the lines with a megaphone shouting Snape KILLES DUMBLEDORE! and HP fans were like chasing the car

Haha yes! I love making fun of nerds! On the night it came out, there was a huge crowd and barnes and noble and midnight. Nerds hate the most when you get their obsession wrong, so we drove by and yelled "LORD OF THE RINGS SUCKS!!!" Naturally they like dont know what to say and get pissed and studder and are like "N...NO...IT...ITS HARRY POTTER!!!" It was hillarious
 
HAHA yeah i wrote on my finreds facebook wall a fake HP ending about harry dying and snape being eveil and dumledore comming back to life. I donoo what really happens but now he thinks that happeens is is really pissed i ruined it for him.
 
yeah, i got mine at walmart for 17.98 a week later cause I was going on a weeklong camping trip starting the day before opening day.
 
haha i would be like "aww look at their cute hobbit costumes" and theyd be like "no its harry potter" and id be like "oh so do your parent know your gay yet?"

you guys driving by the lines and shouting things and ruining the book for other people are just making fools of yourselves. way to be!

 
If someones reading the book I like to say How far are you? Have you gotten to the part where Ron dies? People are always like are you kidding me, but Ron doesn't die so it's okay
 
am i the only one that thinks you're a douche bag and an asshole? i was never one to get off on making other people feel shitty, they're going to a movie that they've been wanting to see for ever let them enjoy themselves

i hope you get your ass kicked someday by some fat harry potter fan
