Messed up my back

hey my back kills just from doing spin tricks and stuff i did not fall or anything like that and it hurts to bend or walk has anyone had this problem and can tell me what it is ( it my lower back on the side by my spine)
 
Probably something with a disk. Get an appointment with a chiropractor within the next couple days. They'll get you back to normal.

I dislocated two vertebrae last winter and went to a chiropractor right away. I felt immediately better after seeing them.
 
I have the same thing right now with track. Its most likely your SI joint. Try not doing to much on it for a week. Ice it a lot. And if you do ski or something heat it before and ice it after. Also stretch like twice a day. Your leg is all connected so loosening it all up will help. Good luck man. It fucking sucks

Yes this...a lot of back issues can be traced to the hamstrings....stretch those puppies gooood. Give it a week of rest and ice and if it's not better go to a doc.
 
I injured my bag snowboarding before I started skiing and in turned out that I severely strained a muscle but it hurt quite a bit, not all of the time but whenever it would get better I would go out and do something to irritate it again and it would just hurt every time I would move, even just walking would hurt. Eventually it just stopped hurting though And it got better but it took about a month or two before that happened.
 
Good news is that nothing is actually wrong with your back. Bad news is that you just described aids to the t.
 
It's because you're using new muscles you've never used before. When I did my first inverts my back hurt a lot, just as you described it.
 
Unfortunately you have some chronic green pain. You need to smoke some herb and get that doctors note for the chronic green pain.

I've had a sprained SI joint for 3 months now. Not much to do about it unfortunately. Heat/ice and rest it and it'll get back to normal soon enough. Just in the past week and a half that I have stopped skiing it's gotten loads better.
