You mean the instant messaging thing? I only delete messages from there once every 3 months or so.. and when I do, I only delete messages that have already been read, and are over a month old..

i think she means when you go under interact and click on messanges. your are only allowed so many. so really what she needs to do is just click on view message history with this person.
