Meridian 107 experience?

My buddy has a pair. You'll get more attention on Meridians than any other ski. Those tips will make you popular. Liftees and other skiers are always telling him how cool his skis are.

As for how they ski, they're a blast in fresh snow and choppy conditions. I've ridden a couple days at kwood on his pair last year. Full rocker is easy to pivot and slash through trees. It's fairly stiff, so it cuts through chop amazingly. Better than my wildcat 108s. They have a pretty low swing weight for their size, and the rocker makes the 107 width feel wider than my wildcat 108s. They're a very, very fun pair of skis.

On firmer or steeper days I prefer my wildcat 108s for the camber. I think the Meridians shine on the few days following a powder day where you're making the most of the chopped up fresh snow or finding fresh tracks in the trees.

Brando pretty much nailed it with his writeup. I daily the Meridian here in Tahoe, taking it out for probably 85% of the days I go skiing. Other 15% is split between Deathwishes and 120+ pow skis.

They can be a touch squirrelly on really hardpack or icy days (especially the kind of ice that Kirkwood gets), but other than the early morning shaded bullshit, or the super wind blown crap days, I don't ever feel out of control.

If you like to surf and slash the mountain, with the occasional grip and rip moment, they're an awesome tool.

More than happy to answer any specific questions regarding them as well.

Hey cool I passed the test!

Is Moment still doing demos this season with covid? I'm in the market for a pow ski and the factory is down the street from my work. I might stop by before the next big storm

We sure are. Still completely free for up to two days at a time (i.e. if you pick up Tues need them back Thurs), unless you pick up Thursday or Friday, in which I need them back Tuesday of the following week.

I need you to bring your boot, ID and a credit card as collateral, no reservations but you can give us a call for availability, or just stop by.
