i hate on shaun white all the time but that run was far beyond everyone elses as far as amplitude goes. beside maybe kokubo but he fell both times. i though lagos run was steezier but i guess thats not all that counts.
 
luis vito just got fucked by the judges and completely gave the peetu guy a ridiculous score.... luis vito's run was better
 
IMO Vito got scored way too low for his run. We need Scotty to take this, but Shaun White already has gold unless Scotty absolutely slays.
 
im not gonna lie, i hate the kid, but he killed it on that last run. pissed Kazuhiro Kokubo fell twice kid oozes style.
 
Thus, Twitter's hashtag #nbcfail. I personally can't wait until ESPN bids (and hopefully wins) the 2014 Games. Imagine actually having nationwide live coverage on, what, 10 networks? They'll undoubtedly be able to show nearly every event. And finally put the shitshow of a network NBC out of business.
 
yeah, i was pulling for kazu to win gold. he had the amplitude but blew it with those falls. so much steezier than shaun. but whatever. that victory lap was pretty insane.
 
see that is exactly why we shouldn't push ski pipe in the Olympics.One or two people will get recognized and then everyone who isn't that into skiing will compare everyone who skis park to that one person... forever.
 
kokubo was the steeziest, but lacked consistency. shaun deserved the win, but hes still a douche. could he have caused a bigger scene after each run? fuck, be a little modest, its not like winning gold in a comp is a special thing for him anymore.
