You can buy an external hard drive. They aren't too expensive and then you'll never run out of storage. Or you can go through and delete things you don't need such as old applications.

i dont know if i want a new iPod classic or an external hard drive for christmas?!??!?! what should i do

get a new ipod for christmas because it's more expensive. you can get a decent hard drive for a little over 100 dollars.

p.s. just for future reference, you're not talking about memory. memory has to do with short term storage and speed, while hard drive storage space is for long term storage and what not. no big deal. just letting you know.

plus if you have to you can always back stuff up on your ipod if you dont have to much music or video on it

On thing i noticed is that I had a lot of my music stored twice on my HD. I was pissed about how I managed to fill up so much on my laptop in only 6 months. When you copy music to itunes on my computer it created a folder in music-itunes-itunes music i think that was a copy of whatever was played in my itunes. This means that most of my shit was on my computer twice in my azureus dowloads or music etc and in the itunes folder.
