It's going down. More tooth smashing, scorpion crashing, and body lashing fun than you can possibly imagine!

February 1st-2nd at Hyland Ski and Snowboard area.

If you're unfamiliar with this, Hyland deicides to go all out with their ability to craft sketchy features with the megabox. 296ft of poorly connected HDPE. Pretty sure it's so gnarly, cam riley would have his doubts about hitting it.

They said that they are moving it to south hill this year which would mean that it would be setup on a more mellow slope, and hopefully it will be less sketchy and dangerous like last year with no snow gaps and banana rails.

I'm more stoked on the fact that when this happens, there will finally be more rails in the park than boxes. Anyways, this thread is for exposure, updates, and videos. Better start training now and good luck!

 
If it's on a more mellow slope they could probably add fun stuff like c boxes and maybe the s box to it.
 
I feel like they'd either have to put those at the beginning or you wouldn't have enough speed... either way i hope i can make a trip up for this!
 
you'd like need a winch or something to get that speed from the top of the hill. here's a pic of a boarder disastering 40ft for example (rip 40ft)

They cut 10ft off, the 30ft section is a mellow down rail in big park now, while the 10ft section was a high flat rail in small park (until they changed the setup, now it's gone). Both are really fun, but the full 40ft was better.
 
I want a 50 footer. I feel like that'd be perfect. And I've been to Spirit once and could not manage to get all 100 ft, it really pissed me off
 
They need a 100ft fat tube rail. Imagine how dope that would be, like something the width of big bertha.

You mean like hard to build? Or hard to slide? because there's no doubt that building that would be impossible. you'd need tons of pipe. But a tube is way easier to lock on to than a flat bar.
 
I think it would be harder to slide. I think the easiest rails to lock on to are double barrels that seem like hand rails because of how narrow it is. It's a mix between a tube and a flatbar.
