I saw on the list that ns posted that Meadows would be opening on the 15th or16th of december. Is that true? because even skibowl said opening day would be before that
 
yeah i saw that too and it seemed really inaccurate to me. i emailed meadows and they wouldn't give me a projected opening day. if that is true its some bull, but i don't think it is.
 
As always it depends on snow. If they have enough they will open. Hopefully next week delivers the goods.
 
they said that just to be safe i think. i cant see them opening any later than thanksgiving or possibly 1st week in december.
 
meadows website official, still somewhat dependent on snow though. if more snow falls, more lifts might open
 
as of right now it's just limited, might be changing depending on tonight. they have the crew setting up the boundaries today-this weekend.
 
from the meadows blog updated at 5 pm today:

"The resort has six lifts scheduled – Mt. Hood Express, Shooting Star Express, Daisy, Easy Rider, Buttercup and the Ballroom Carpet – from 9 AM – 4 PM. Resort officials are hopeful that the new Stadium Express will also run Saturday, and a launching ceremony is set for 8:30 AM. "

awesome, would have been a clusterfuck with only easy rider and buttercup open
