Who's style is better??? The insane straightlines and huge hucks of Seth? or the technical multi-level drops and chutes of Shane???

 
I like seths style better, its like he charges the mountain, whereas mckonkey billy-goats a lot of stuff and hesitates from time to time. Seth also brings more park tricks into the bc other than front flips. No doubt both kick ass, but seth just rips.

Seth is amazing and goes so fucking fast. he also does huge cliffs with some new shcool style. But McConkey has always been my god and always will be, therefore ill never be able to see any flaws in his skiing. hes ridiculous. his tech lines are insane. he can also straightline it like seth tho. i just have more respect for Shane....... he was, afterall, the first to start 'wasting powder' and fuckin fly thru it. i love both of there styles....... i dunno, im just sorta babbling. theres no conclusion to what i wrote. haha, peace.

You know something that would really make me applaud? A guy gets stuck in quicksand, then sinks, then suddenly comes shooting out, riding on water skis. How do they do that?
 
I dont know. I think there both sick and both awesome. Seth pulls huge tricks and Shane hits crazy lines. Shane also BASE jumps which is very harcore! How dare you ask such a hard question!!!

I'd go Seth just cause he brings new School to Back country skiing. Did anyone see his Lincoln loop off a 70 ft cliff at the Espn Action an Sports Music Awards? that was amazing. Mcconkey can straightline some sick shit too but I like Seth's style better

MCKONKEY FOREVER!

shane is the sickest skier ever born...hands down...he was throwin double backs in '93

that was unheard of, seth is sick, agreed, and maybe one day they'll have a ski off

but 'there's something about mckonkey' is the funniest, most hardcore shit ive ever seen, my favourite movie, by far

the only thing wrong with snowboarders is that they snowboard
 
i agree with mcconkey...due to saucer boy, the insane technical lines, his newschool style, and his overwhelmingly wierd personality...but you gotta love seth's straightlines, hucks, and big ass tricks

 
I like Seths style better, but you can't say one is better than the other, because they are so different... oh yeah, and McConkey was the first one to do high speed almost straight big lines, he just likes to do the more technical stuff more

McConkey!! the guy is the funniest skiier out there, isn't caught up in his hype, skiies the craziest lines, i.e. 5 consecutive 30+ft cliffs, tosses in the straightlines to keep up good form, If you have seen the movie there's somehting about McConkey you would agree. Plus he has a scene where he skiis down rock, not hucks them, but actually straightlines over a bunch in the summer.

oh yeah, there's morrison too, he's the best, shit, these Q's are hard, but yeah, i'll stick with Shane

i like watching mcconkey a lot more. he has a more flowing riding-style and skis really tech lines with big multiple drops and tight couliours.

he also nails his drops most of the time.

id rather see seth morrison go samller and actually stick hit tricks. otherways it´s just guts, no skill.

but morrison straightlines like a madman.

seth because he can do pretty much anything on a mountain, i espescially like the lincolns off cliffs. true mcconkey drops crazier lines but it's all about style for me

this is a stupid debate. they have unique styles and are different on the mountain. they are both sick. they shouldn't be compared.

 
Seth and Shane, ski sick lines but seth has the advantage of throging park tricks in to the bc and shane dose alot of flippy things. Both on em rock but Seths just mad the lines are crazy. Nick
 
well I skied McConkey's bowl in PC and it was really easy so I'm going with Morrison, and ys I realize my arguement made no sense but I don't care
 
I don't like comparing people it makes me feel like a Na-zi. So I'll say neither one is that great because soon once we get stem cell research going we're going to have such cool new powers like the ability to regrow legs. Man to chop off a leg one day and have it regrow the next. How cool would that be?
 
mcconkey can definitley ski better than seth, seth might be ballsier but if youre a true skier and watch shane ski...the guy just fucking rips it. Especially at 35 with 15 blown out knees.
 
seth, cuz hes able to terrify me while hes skiing. gota love that he can hck something, and your convinced hes gunna die, and then he sticks it. ill.
 
when Shane openly regards Seth as being the best in the game and Seth has tons of respect for Shane, it doesn't really matter. both are great skiers and great friends. this being said, i believe Seth could ski anything Shane could, but i don't think Shane could jump on any Morrison line he wanted to. Seth does some ballsy stuff that not many people can handle. i would say that Seth is a better skier, but as i said, they're both so good that it doesn't matter.
 
Two different kinds of style, Seth is a more versitle skier, and he was the first skier i think to take skiing to another level
 
I love em both, but im gonna have to say seth because watching some of his stuff makes my heart go in my stomach and makes me hold my breath. lol
 
SETH takes the cheese, his cliff drops are epic, and skarachuing was cool the first time, but give it up. Shane's still a ggood man dont get me wrong

I have to go with Mcconkey, awesome to watch, so funny, and one of the most inivative riders when it comes to equipment. Fat skis? Reverse side-cut?
