Maybe coming over this summer

Howdy gents,

I was thinking of 'extending' my ski season this year and maybe living/working/skiing in NZ for the summer(your winter).

Out of everywhere NZ looks like the coolest place by far. I was wondering what kind of job opportunities were available for foreigners and if any of the resorts had any programs for getting me over there cheaper than retail plane tickets (i know my old resort in West virginis would split aussie/NZ plane fares or refund the planeticket if they stayed the whole winter)

Any information about work visas, anything at all would be greatly appreicated.

if you can get a job at snow park that would be the best option i think. i may have posted this to l8 but haha.

im thinking the exact same thing. i was just wondering which resort has the steepest/gnarliest terrain. a park would be cool too, but id rather have big mtn terrain.

i just found out its almost 2 grand (USD) to fly from WA state to NZ round trip and im fucking pissed. anyone found anything cheaper?

im using oritz.com to check prices and the ones that were around 2 grand were wanaka and queenstown. but then i tried Auckland and it was $1300. about how much would it cost to travel from the north island to the south island cheapest way possible?

for an airfare go to sta.com, for a visa go to immigration.govt.nz, and for a job i went to nzski.com.

peace.
