in south carolina and arkansas you can buy them year round but north carolina really sucks except it has one resort wiht good park and decent proximinity to some decent snow.

but you can only buy liqour from one state owned store and you cant get a blowjob

mass is def not a worse state. sure it has worse skiing, but the better skiing in nh isnt until the northern part, like wv, loon, cannon, and even sunapee isnt close. for non skiing we win by far, tons of ocean and beaches, plus bosston is a sick city
