has anyone tried the mavericks, if so what are they like? Also a shop in britain is selling the new line bindings in november and you yanks have got to wait till decemeber, gutted!!!

damn u pete, damn u. but about the skis i heard they were great from a line rider, but i think theyd be a good first pair of twins.

 
i used them (demoed) at camp of champions

taking off my normal 12's and putting those on was a little...differnet. but i liked the feel actually. they are a entry-level ski, but they are nice and VERY soft and...i dont know, i was diggin em.

Ya know, the mavericks are a great ski. I demoed them at coc also. The turning is great, it's a light ski, and the landing is super soft. One of the line representatives commented that the maverick was his favorite skis out of the bunch. He said they are designed alot like the 1080's, and they are great all mountain skis, If you are a hardcore park rider 24/7 then go for the 1260's, but the mavericks will put out alot better overall.

 
These daffinately look liek a sweet ski, I would even consider buying them, they remind me of the Enemy in a lot of ways.
