if you ride park DO NOT GET EITHER OF THESE SKIS. my friend has the mav's( i road them yesterday for an hour) they are very stiff and have no pop in them. if you are going to get some line skis i would go with the 1260 or (depending on your size) the mike nicks.
i have mav's.. i find them pretty flexible and they're really light which is good for me cause i'm pretty small. i've never tried the other ones, but these are pretty nice skis.
Noodles, you say? I race trained with my mike nick's for two days before switching to my dad's Bandit 1's. Honestly, i can't say i noticed much of a difference except when i REALLY crank a hard turn on my edges. And that's more the sidecut than the flex.

Emo kids don't cry because they're sad all the time, they cry because they have to listen to that horrible music all the time. I'd cry if i had to listen to that over and over and over....wouldn't you?
go with some plaingly better skis, theres so many better skis out there fro the dollar.
Either wait enxt yr for all the sick lines comin out or go wit the 1260's' or theres plenty of oda skis that r good. Public Enemys r real good skis to.

Never shall innocent blood be shed, yet the blood of the wicked shall flow like a river. The Three shall spread their blackened wings and be the vengeful striking hammer of God.
i got a good discount on the mav's cause they weren't a brand new model... also, i'm a beginner in terms of freestyle skiing so i find the flex is really good and helps me a lot. yeah they don't have a HUGE tail but there's Definitely enough. anyways, i guess it all REALLY depends on your body size and type as well as your level of ability and experience.
the new darksides, no, they arent twins. yes, they do have a slight tail, but its not meant for any serious switch riding. but the old darksides, before they were carving skis, were pretty sick skis
