I ordered some EC headwear back in the summer before I was going to start School, around early August. I payed for everything but I forgot to put my address. Moron Me

So the package gets all the way to my city but has to be returned because of no address. So the thing is I email him telling him the address is wrong and he returns that he will send it as soon as it gets back

Its been around 8 weeks, I have sent many emails with no return. When will I get an answer. Is he on perma vacation or what?

I need an answer or give me my money back. Someone who knows him please tell him this
 
bump for this kid. mattyb needs to get his things in order. doesn't matter if he's "busy with school" or in exams or some other excuse. i won't be buying from ec until he gets things straightened out
 
yeah seriously, it's bullshit... OP, I have almost same story as you, but I remember an address and did everything right... I ordered on like the 22nd, didn't hear anything for a while, so I emailed EC asking what was up. He asked what the email used for the order was, and I gave it to him (this was like 2 weeks ago), and I haven't heard from him since. I've emailed him multiple times, sent him a message on NS, etc.... He really needs to get it together, it must be tough managing school at the same time, but he's running a COMPANY and I paid for my stuff to get here on time.
