"Then I realized I should just sell them to everyone at a lesser cost than what other crochet type companies were selling them for. So I did. It Turned out that Smuggs and Enom (two major hat distributors) got really pissed off haha. That's why hat prices are so low now, not like it used to be were hats were around $30 a pop."
Mr. Bob Dole,
I feel it is necessary for me to defend myself so as to not have Logic put into "bad light". I would first like to say that I have nothing against Smuggs or any other company who i am "competing" (I dont see this as competition, we're all helping skiing right?) against. Second, had you read the interview more thoroughly, you may have noticed that I was, in fact, recalling how Logic began. Was I saying smuggs' hats are schissty? By no means, in fact, I used to "look up" to them and used them as a model. (I was also majorly influenced by Poniverus). However, I still stand by my statement that, at the time, smuggs did over price his hats and this makes your accusation false and unwarranted. I will admit, however, that the exact price may not have been exactly $30 a hat. The memory is not a perfect creation and it often exaggerates. I hope you feel as uninsulted by my rebuttle as I did by your original attacks.
On a closing note, Smuggs: If you feel insulted, I am terribly sorry, these were not my intentions, simply my perspective and interpretation of past events.
May there be peace amongst us.
