"Write an equation of a function whose long-run value (as x gets larger) is 11."

Any help?

Just punched it into google.
Im in precalc, but don't remember doing this. If i was going to take a stab at it, I would say something like.
11=e^x
But i honestly have no idea what long run value equations look like.
