also says round to the nearest ml if necissary.

If anyone can show me how to do this it would be awesome I am about to take a test and can't figure this out.

initial concentration times initial volume equals final C times final V. so its 400 ml(.5)/.6=333.33 ml then you add the extra water to dilute it.
