Bateman Active member Mar 13, 2013 #7 on a more serious note, why the fuck doesnt adding the LG 'trick' to both parts of an exponential equation work? lg = logarithm For instance, 2^x = 24 x times lg 2 = lg 24 x= lg 2 : lg 24 AND i get the wrong answer. Anyone know what the hell i'm messing up?
