Massive dome in need of a helmet.

Alright, so here is the deal, i need a helmet that will fit my dome, and protect me properly, I just measured my dome, and it was 64 centimeters. I am willing to shell out up to 150$ for a helmet that will fit me, and no gaper status.

What about cutting the liner on some helmets, not just cutting it all the way out, but "editing" it if you will.
