MARKER ISSUES

So ive got marker squires on my skis and instead of being able to just pop my feet in and ride away, i actually have to bend down and pull the backs up to secure my boots in. Ive been usin them like that for a while but its starting to piss me off, any help?

sounds like your forward pressure is set wrong. there should be a screw that will move your heel piece back and forth on a track to fit your boot to your binding. that screw should sit flush with its housing when your boot is clicked in.

I suggest you take it into a shop and ask them to check the forward pressure really quickly, most shops will do it for free, and there will be no doubt as to whether your bindings are set right.

OP, in order to make sure your forward pressure is set right the screw on the base of the heel piece (the black part) on your griffons should sit flush in its housing when the heel piece is engaged. Below is a picture with said screw circled and flush, so you know what it should look like.679346.jpeg

If you are at all confused about this or how to do it take it to a shop tech and let them do it for you. If you ask, I'm sure they would even show you how to and take you through the process.
