Marker bindings suck

You want to have the worst bindings get some markers. i was at whiteface having some fun and my boot starts to pop out every time i land. I fuckin barely hit the back of the ski and i pop out i ended up breaking my thumb from landing on it so many times cause the bindings are horrible

anybody else hate these things

 
^ i went to the shop to tighten them and the binding busted under the toe piece the whole plastice peice broke in half.

Given i didnt land them perfect but who lands everything perfect
 
i have some Marker's on my K2's and I have never had a problem with them, except the brake bent but thats cause i landed on them.. i ski twice a week in the park and they've taken a beating but they're fine
 
One of my friends has markers and he double ejects everytime i ski with him, his din is cranked to 11 and his forward pressure is good. If he does nothing but knock his skis together the skis come off.

earlier this year on my second run my heel some how got like egded out so my heel was hanging out of the healpeace some what but not enough for me to notice from god knows what all i hit was a couple boxes and rail landed fine and i know it was clipped in right cus i always make sure since it was a reacuuring problem but then i get off the lift go down the hill see a natty lip onto a run that leads to the park so it hit it land perfectly but then start flipping down teh hill after i land cus my heal fell out of my binding and twisted shit and broke my ankle, at first i was laughing and shit like i always do when i fall but then i try to stnad up collapse and black out. i had to ski down 3/4 of a the mountain on a broken ankle cus fucking ski patrol wouldnt stop when i yelled at them went to the er a week later after being told it was just a spraing by ski patrol at the lodge and it truned out to be a serious break on my growth plate... shitty son
 
I think most if not all marker bindings have a slide release, so they're not good on rails, and they just plain suck in general. I had a set and they fell off at the worst times. Basically any time you turn too hard on them the slide releases and off goes your ski.
 
haha yea they fall off when you dont want them to and they stay on when you want them to come off
 
marker is so terrible. i had them popped out ever time i spun. Dins were at 12. i went for cab 5 and double ejected landed on my arm half upside down, such a shitty binding, never buy em.
 
he he...yea, they suck bad. I broke my bindings last year and had to use my old marker ones, they held up alright but when i brough my skis back in to the ultimate ski shop with the most knowlegable freeriders....SPORT MART, to get my new bindings mounted, the guy was like dude these skis are like 7 years old, and i think they're meant for children

 
i actually got some salomons this year for the first time and i like them so far. i wouldnt put them on a park ski but they seem fine on my ak's
 
my friend has markers and they have never been a problem even when he knocks them around in the park.
 
I used to have the Marker "Sexy" bindings, with a naked chick on the front, and boy did they not last long, the fucking plate that held the brake in the back kept fucking snapping off, and i twisted the metal underneath it on both bindings. Look is where its at!
