I have opinions on this case but I am going to keep them to myself, however, there is now "new" info in the case that, they found traces of marijuana in trayvon martins body after he got shot by mr. zimmerman. Either way, I do not understand how at all this would affect anything about the case...
 
Wasn't he already suspended from school for having an empty weed bag at the time this happened?

and yeah this shouldn't affect the case.
 
Easily support mr zimmerman, I truly believe he is innocent however dont believe he needed to fucking kill him.
 
God damn I knew it. He was twacked on the marijuanas that's why he blatantly attatcked poor Mr. Zimmerman! He totally deserved to die with the devils lettice flowing through his veins!
 
Zimmerman is a hero if this is the case. if he took a full marijuana he was probably gonna die anyway and mr zimmerman just put him out his misery.
 
I believe in the same autopsy/ toxicology report the report detailed serious damage on his knuckles and hands that support zimmermans claims he was punched multiple times. Although this still doesn't shed light on who started it.
 
Even if I am racist I still believe in the sanctity of human life, therefore all death is horrible. I do not wish death upon anyone. I am just stating the facts, as presented to me by the media, which was biased to protray zimmerman as a dirty mexican want to be neo-nazi. to an innocent young black kid. When in reality, zimmerman was a law abiding citizen, and trayvon was, smoking dope, and in his facebook profile picture, shirt off and giving two middle fingers like a hood rat that he was. Either way just I cannot comprehend how this would/ Should afffect the case (even tho I support zimmerman, this will help his case even though it shouldnt.

It should not affect the case at all. "Every time I smoke weed I am in danger of smoking more weed. Getting shot and killed has never been part of the equation"

Let us see how this plays out in court. This case is interesting to say the least. Was it the so called thug? Or was it the trigger happy, wannabe cop?? Really tough to have any opinion if you were not there??

So wait, the media was biased to portray Zimmerman as a racist and all that. But it is acceptable to portray Trayvon as a "hood rat" because he flipped off a camera and smoked some weed? "In reality" you do not know anymore than what has been showed on the major news channels so shut the fuck up and let the court system do it's work.

and from what they have shown, not that I know any better than anyone else, my opinion of Zimmerman is that he was a power tripping adult who was pissed off about getting his ass beat by a teenager that he thought was up to no good so he shot him. That may be way off but from what J have seen/been shown that is my opinion.

None of this even matters at all though because no matter the personalities or lifestyles of either party, the loss of a life was uneccesary and unacceptable and Zimmerman should be punished for taking a life regardless of the circumstances. The only thing left to be decided is what to charge him with (homicide/manslaughter/what degree etc....)
 
No I never saw those, but it's well known he was a shady character. That does not make it okay at all to do anything that Zimmerman did to him. Just because you're a hateful little man doesn't make everything you say okay.

Well shit I guess I'm a certified hood rat danger to society because I also have a picture of myself without my shirt on flipping off the camera on my facebook. Really? He looks like a typical teenager in the second picture. Whoever wrote "now imagine him in a hoody stalking...." was either a huge pussy or racist (Oh no a shirtless black man!!!!!!!!!) because there is nothing remotely scary about that picture.

This. You can't shoot someone for protecting themselves from the rain.. People tend to use a hood when it rains, right? Or are those to identify you're smuggling cocain?
 
There's so many reasons this is still getting talked about. Because there's so many new variables in this case that large media infused cases have not had in the past (could be wrong). people die everyday and it sucks. Fuck the media
 
this whole thing seems fucked. i really cant see either side being 100% in the right. seems to me like it was a power tripping neighborhood watch guy and a thug ass kid trying to be hard and they both took it too far. either way i dont think martin should be convicted, not only because there is no proof that ive heard of, and it really seems like it was in self defense since there is definitely evidence of a struggle.
