Would you come ski stony opening day? I'm going with my friend and my brother and it'd be cool if we could get a small group going. I'm also an Anthem jibber (2009) and my bro is invader(2009).
 
We'll see how it goes, I'm just glad it's finally snowing.:P I need money finish gearing up for the season, Christmas isn't coming fast enough :P

P.S. you can't call anything in Manitoba a mountain :P
 
lol, it's just the hill's damn name. And there's been a change in plans, I can't make it opening day and my friend would prefer Spring, so we're going on the 18th at Spring. I'm sure it'll be WAY easier to ski the place you work at.

I came out but I fucking sucked. You saw me Kirby, I can't do anything yet. I need mellower rails and a box that isn't impossible to mount. my brother tried that short down rail though. Said it was kinda tricky as he kept biting it.

But maybe I shouldn't be too hard on myself, it was only my 1st time on my twintips.
 
^didn't see ya, sorry to hear you couldn't come out. Skiing my new twintips seemed so.......um...surreal. Yeah, surreal and awkward. I mean, I was so used to carvy skis and skiing backwards on them that it felt like I was learning to ski all over again!
 
I heard that on the radio in rentals today and i almost crapped my pants! I hope nature gives the ditch a helping hand this year.
 
Hitting up Holiday on Sunday, should be pretty good, their site says they've been getting a fair amount of snow, so maybe I won't look too weird with powder skis...
