Manfrotto tripods....NEED HELPPP

i am curently thinking of buying the manfrotto 501 tripod head. what kind of legs should i get that are halfway decent and that are not to exspensive

and also would the 190 manfrotto be a good tripod to film with a vx- 2100

I have a 190 for my still gear and it's only just stable enough. I don't even have heavy lenses. Get the 055 or better. It's a little heavier but a lot sturdier.
