Hes probably really pretty and in love with himself. So hates having an ugly counter part.

Women who go for really good looking feminine men deserve whatever shit that comes with it and the guy to either be a bitch or a dooshbag.
 
Apparently she had the surgery prior to meeting the man so that's why he couldn't understand why it was so ugly..Obviously this completely justifies his actions.
