Man Charged for Telling Police Dog to Sit

well... its not like the dog was out for a jog to get some excercise and a panda just wanted it to sit down and share a cup of coffee or anything.
 
Haha I just heard this story about a crazy girl I know.

She just got done shoplifting shoes and walked out of the store to see a police dog tied up, so naturally she untied it and walked away with it. No big deal. Not sure what happened because I'm not supposed to ask her about it.
