10 people $2000? Are you kidding? I don't think any landlord would allow that.
Mammoth is expensive. Cheapest you will find is $400 for own bedroom, around $300 for shared bedroom and those are likely unfurnished prices.
I have seen 6 bedroom houses in the Knolls go for around $3000 a month. You could probably cram 10 people in there with out wanting to kill each other entirely. But those are typically furnished so you will all be sharing queen sized beds.
It is significantly cheaper to move into something now. Cause in the winter, a 3 bedroom costs $1700+
