Mammoth

This may be a dumb question but i was just wondering how far of a drive it would be from lake tahoe to mammoth mountain. Are there other ways of getting there if you dont have a car?

Like i said, it may be a dumb question, i dont really know. I live in Wisconsin and i am thinking about next winter break. I usually go with the family skiing and my brother and i would love to go to mammoth but i doubt my parents would enjoy going there the whole time! Thats why i asked. Thanks though. If anyone has anymore replies, that would be great.

nah man...both are in nor cal...maybe ur thinkin of big bear.. that's more near so cal

but to answer the above question..tahoe and mammoth are around 1-2 hours driving

I rode mammoth on momorial day last year and it was super sick. Halfpipe, probably 12 jibs, and 2 tables each about 30-45 feet and perfect.

mammoth is supposed to stay open year round this year i heard

Mammoth is norcal, it's even with san jose but the tioga pass closes every winter, making it much more accesible to southern california. If it were a norcal resort skied by northern california's, it would be more badass than it already is.

yeh^^hes right
