So we are announcing today that Mammoth will be open for skiing and boarding through July 4th! We'll also start building a spring park higher up on the mountain in early May.

Tickets are $87 until April 18 when we close Canyon and Eagle Lodges and keep the lifts running out of Main Lodge. Ticket prices go to $69 (i think) and may go lower if we don't have too many lifts running. I'm still waiting to hear if we will be offering a spring pass and will post up info as soon as I get it.

i'm down. i think i'll be headed down some time earlyish june from the modesto area. probably camp somewhere in the mammoth area.

Spring pass would be sweet... let us know

squaw blows: gonna close may 9th at the latest... gonna have to spend park season at mammoth and hood this year

Yeah... and I'm planning on getting the homewood alpine college pass thats 299 for next year... 300 is extreme for only 2 months man... especially spring months.

if i were to go to mammoth it would be for 3 days max. so depending on how much lift tickets will cost i'll just do that. shit it's still gonna be expensive. time to start selling drugs!

mammoth just announced that they are offering a spring four pack for $199. If you buy before May 8 you also get two free dodger tickets.

that's suuuper good news! except the dodger tickets, cause i fucking hate the dodgers.

at least justin bieber likes the dodgers!

ooo boy dodger tickets...

I'd rather choke on my own saliva 20 times a day than sit in the bleachers at dodger stadium with all those homers... Could be worse though... they COULD be offering Angels tickets... *shudder*

Lets Go Oakland.

There is nothing better than watching the Dodgers get beat in their home stadium, for free. It only gets better if it's the red sox that beat them.

There won't be a spring pass. Kinda sucky. The best bet is the spring 4-pack -- 4 tickets at $50/day.http://www.mammothmountain.com/VacationPlanning/Deals/4Pack/

One really sick thing happening though...

We're going to be getting a Katal air landing bag from May 22-31. There will be camps using it but it will also be open to the public for $10/jump or $40 for all day. There will be 3 takeoffs ranging from 10-60ft.

lame about the spring pass not happening... all the talk at squaw today was about how many people are heading down next week to get a spring pass... bummer

your*

that's*

normally i'm not a grammar dick but that comment warranted it.

also, if you like the a's so much go watch one of their games. what is their average attendance this year, like 6,000 fans?

Haha. okay grammar nazi...

And yeah.. we have a shitty stadium... but at least hot dogs are 1$, seats are 9 bucks, you can get WASTED in the stadium for cheap, and the team actually wins, even with the 3rd worst payroll in the league... we win...

I'll take the Oakland Mausoleum and a win any day over a view of the bay and going home with another L.

a's - 15-14

giants - 16-10

we'll see how things go this season haha

and sorry about the grammar nazi comment, but you bringing up the giants never winning the world series hit a tender spot haha. i was at game 5 of the 2002 world series and watched the giants demolish the angels, and then had my hopes destroyed when they lost the next 2 games in anaheim.

My dad was there for Kurt Gibson... But that's okay... we beat them in 1973 or whatever...

1989 was better anyway... SWEEP.

haha 1989 was legit. my whole family, except me, was at the game when the earthquake hit.

i'll also concede that eric chavez has been the man for years, and i have a wee bit of a man crush on travis buck. mostly his hair.

My dad was walking in the parking lot to the stadium with his buddies. then he saw the stadium lighting swaying... then he felt the ground shake...

Eric Chavez was amazing until he played injured for 2 seasons and ended his career, just about...

Eric Byrnes was the man with the hair though...

yo i saw this on the website under the spring 4 pack, is this just for the dodger tickets or the mountian tickets

Valid 4/14 – 6/09; Blackout dates apply

Giants are obviously what's up. However, the no-hitter that Dallas Braden pitched was incredible. Only 19 have ever been pitched in the MLB and he was the 19th.
