Sorry, had to do it.

^ yea, for us.

last time it happened, they had to close down on the 4th for a forest service lease agreement, but then they reeopened on like... august 10th for a while

The best part is that April is usually a powder month, and we keep getting snow into May

Haha, no. Bakers record for the snowiest year on record still stands at somewhere around 1,100 inches. Mammoth just broke their own record.

hahah ya global warming my ass.... kinda seems opposite, although according to theory, global warmkings will cause the ice mass in the arctic to melt, causing higher ocean water levels, which will produce more precipitation... so until global warming gets too hot to handle it will actually be relatively freindly for skiers.

well some of you think that one place getting a shitload of snow is evedence enough that there isnt global warming (or very strong effects).

I'm not here to say that there is or isn't global warming, but there have been huge fluctuations (which have led to more extremes) over the past oh 5 years or so. those fluctuations are spooky. but anywho, mountains the PNW have more snow than mammoth

can someone speack in canadianise please? how many cm ....better yet meters is this? i know its a shit load but how much?

i'm getting sick of the snow storms here in mammoth. fuck, since i can't ski(torn acl) all a snow storm means to me is that i have to put chains on which is just a pain in the ass
