Making stickers stick better?

Alright so i am not sure on what forum to put this in so i am just putting it here. I was wondering if anyone has a way of making stickers stick to skis better? because i put some ns stickers on my skis and they just all wore off.

Use a hairdryer for several minutes on to the sticker.

Get a package of picture laminating sheets (in 4x6 size or wallet, depending on the size of the sticker). Expose the sticky side of one piece of laminating plastic, and put the sticker face-down on it.
