Making scott poles shorter?

How do you remove the handles? I also used sb and its not there or i am blind. But if someone could help that would be great.
 
i just cut some scott poles a while ago. I boiled the handles for about a minute each, and then before they could cool down yanked those suckers off. i took a hacksaw and cut what i wanted off the top. Then to put the handles back on, boiled them, then popped em on
 
if you have like a vise or a repair stand stick the grip in there and yank the pole out of it. i use a bike repair stand at work
