Making a Freeride Team

Alright, This winter i want to try to get my local hill to support a freeride/snowboard team. I heard that threre race program and ski patrol are totally run by different people than the hill. I just wanted to ask anyone who has help create a freeride team what I should do to start one? I was thinking that they could just put something to advertise it in the lodge and like to become a member you pay like 25 bucks which goes to the hill. And you get a shirt or a doo-rag that saids 'the mtn's name'-freeride team. My hill hold slopestlye and halfpipe compitions every weekend so the team would pretty much compete there. Has anyone had experience helping somebody do this? If i could get sometips on how to make it a reality it would really help.

merrimac, mass....the mounta....i mean hill is Ski Bradford in Haverhill, MA

dude u ski at bradford, haha i live in rockport, but i ski up at cannon in nh, and id recomend making the trip like an hr to get some better skiing, in my opinion

I've been thinking bradford should start one, because for such a small mountain they have a decent park, and it would be cool to see all the freeskiers from the area come out, cuz i don't really know many from newburyport.

hopefully as soon as i get my lisense ill be outta there every weekend and only skiing there on weekdays but i though i would be cool to start one up for all the little guys n stuff...it would prolly be one of masses only freeride teams

i almost went there in dec when we got that huge storm, but i didnt have my new skis yet, and i figured they didnt have a park and any coverage under 2 feet of light snow. my friend when and said everytime he turned dirt came up, but ill go this yr if we get some wicked early season
