Maine vs Vermont

Which one gets more snow, which one has more elevation, which one has better all around mountains.

I ski at Sugarloaf in Maine all winter long and have been out to Vermont for a couple comps, and liked the snow, but never in any storms. Want to check out Vermont a little more though. I heard that some mountains there are almost like Steamboat.
 
Well you'd be hard pressed to find a better hill than the Loaf, that's for sure.

That said VT is awesome. They generally get more consistent snow and there are some fkn amazing mountains. Jay, Smuggs, MRG, Magic etc... So much exploring to do, and that's not even counting the BC options.
 
i've heard jay peak (northern vt) is sick, they supposedly get the most snow in all of new england. the loaf is one of the best in terms of terrain though.

you can't really go wrong with either.
