Maine's voters said YES to 5, which legalized nonprofit medicinal marijuana dispensaries..

Too bad Utah is far from decriminalization.. A pipe and some shake will get you a 700 dollar fine here..

thoughts?
 
I voted yes. Now people with serious illnesses can get their medicine from a store rather than having the hassle of growing it themselves or dealing with sketch criminals.
 
it honestly doesn't do much for the greater population of weed smokers.. in order to get a scrip you need to have either had AIDs, Cancer, glaucoma, or some other life threatening disease. Yes that's assumed, but this will barely affect anything IMO.. Its already decriminalized in Maine, that's all that really matter. I'm guessing the dispensaries are going to sell good bud at high prices..
 
dispensaries usually have pretty good prices, at least in cali you can usually get some decent headies for like 30 dollars an 8th or around 150 an ounce.
 
k so i live in amine but at school in vermont so i realy lhavn't been keeping track as well as a i should have...

buying medical marijuana is now legal in maine? like now these people that grew it before can go to the hospital or pharmacy and buy it?

just wondering becasue a firends father has somthing that he is allowed to grow his own.
