how are these for a all mountain ski? i know this ski will reign supreme for a BC ski but how does it handle everywhere else on the mountains.

pretty damn beefy, not entirely impossible to handle but you need to be a really really good skiier. they would give you a good workout

if you get 189's then they are really really heavy, but if you get 179's and mount them more forward at like +5 or 6 they are still heavy but not that bad, i like them alot on jumps cause they are so stable for landings, you just cant spin super fast with them.

slightly different topic, i was looking into madens for next year im 5'6 125 lbs will 169 be too short?

are you gonna use them as your only pair? cause if you are, and you plan on using them alot in the park you could mount them at core center and they would be so sweet, and they would still float really good in powder. i have mine at +5 and they are awsome in powder, but a little too far back for park, so i plan on mounting it true center in a couple months when there isnt much powder.

well where i ski there is no park but. there is one but its about 1hour 15 minute drive and i only go there 5 times a year. I plan on building lots of bc jumps this year also.

yeh, good choice as a strictly BC ski. close to no sidecut so pretty useless for anything but what its designed for.

I have teh 0506 model, in 179 and i dont think that they are so heavy, i have skiied the in pow and groomers, and a little bit urban, i like them

^^you skiied them urban??? why man? I looooove mine in soft stuff and crud. a little slow on groomers, sooper stable i park. i love mine soo much, but definately a quiver ski.

oh when i sad urban i meant not rails, we droped roofs and ledges! and it was sweet as hell. they preformed very well.. yea, all little bit unstable in groomers at high speeds, i like these more then my pe's in a soft groomer
