Magnus Granér and Jake Mageau are skiing together right now

two skiers with the sloppiest forced style in the history of skiing? yeah, I'm like totally stoked as well.

I like half agree with this...sometimes I see them ski and it blows my mind, looks so good and super unique...like the real ski edit....other times its like watching little kids who cant ski flail their hands around...but mad respect to both of them tho, doing their thing which is dope

To add on that, yeah you're doing neat butter tricks but you're skiing on the softest skis possible which doesn't make it impressive. Most of the edits I watch contain maybe a couple shots that are sick but the other 25 are complete garbage, filler bullshit.

Swinging your arms on purpose like a fucking idiot and hitting urban features differently so there's zero consequences doesn't make you original, it makes you another tend whore, like some of the kids you see skiing around Park City. One year its smooth as possible with baggy clothes, another season its tight pants, suspenders over a sweater, hood over the helmet.

Its the whackest shit out.

OK we fucking get it. No need to beat a dead horse for the sake of seeming edgy on an internet ski forum.

can a skier ski the way they want? sometimes I feel like you instigate shit like this for the sake of argument.

There was one butter trick in that video. The rest were rail and jump shots. Very tech ones I might add...

I was actually about to say... even the Magnus are still pretty stiff. I mean, obviously they're not a big mountain charger nor a race ski, but they're still not noodles. I feel like a lot of people think they're like Line Blends or Armada Edollos.

Yesterday I skied my Magnus in heavy, deep spring powder. They actually did pretty well. Like really well. Hit cliffs on them and got pitted.

Sure, you can ski like a fucking idiot if you want. No one is holding you back from looking like shit.
