All surface park skis are only 299$ , get some odsessys they have a lot of rocker which makes in more flexiable then the magnus and cheaper

Rocker doesn’t mean soft necessarily but it does mean playful. Lime blends are supposed to be the softest skis on the market

Yes. The Surface Odyssey's are actually very very stiff skis. But the 3 stage rocker does give them a loose feel that is pretty fun, I rode the older models in the midwest for a couple seasons & enjoyed them. The Surface Auburn & Park Blanks would also be good, inexpensive options.

The J skis Whipit would be a great fit for midwest skiing, which I assume would be consisting of a lot of rails. Also look in the Vishnu Wet, Line Blend as stated above & Line Honey Badger. There's others out there but those skis come to mind when I think of soft skis that would be right at home taking quick laps in the midwest

Magnus will be stiffer and have more rocker than the Blends. Durability on the Magnus is the best in the industry as well. Possibly JSKIS ALLPLAY? Similar to Line Blend but more durable and a little narrower.
