Magic Wand Bomb Detector Is a Fraud

every person with a brain the size of a tennisball would've immediately known that it was bullshit....
+link no worky ^^

lol at the brits and iraqis.
Leave the military tech, implementation, and subsequent waste of money to America-- the leading nation in all three actions.

Bullshit! People were killed because of this thing. Someone failed to give this the tesing it needed but he is still to blame. As far as I'm concerned, he can rot in a cell for the rest of his life.

seriously dude; if anyone is to blame for those deaths it's the retarded people who actually bought it...he sold a device for millions of dollars while basically it was this:
917977.jpg

the guy is just a legendary businessman, i applaud his awesomeness !

If it happened, then im not saying its right, i'm saying the guy that made them shouldnt be punished. Its their fault for not testing them. If you buy a stereo from a crackhead and it doesnt work, you kinda have to blame yourself, not the crackhead.

although i agree that this man is a legendary buisnes man he still comited fraud... or false advertisement wich led to hudreds of deaths.. so although his tactics were lucrative, they were also deadly... now if this was a toy for kids used to find the christmas presents hidden in their house then he should deserve to live a life of leasure for his awesome buisness plan... but being as he was gambling with lives... he deserves to rot in a jail cell

the guy believed in dowsing, as in finding water with a stick....
ppl like that should be in a mental institute and people who actually trust newages hippies like that should be shot; goddamn people use your brain!

got an idea.... lets put him in a mine field and give him his device, and see if he can escape.

sorry for the dub-post

In my opinion it isn't.

What if someone close to you was killed or injured because of his product? What if you were killed or injured because of it.

the moral compass of NS is just straight up baffling....

What?
The guy who made them definitely ought to rot in jail if not get subject to execution. The guy committed fraud to a government for an act of war. That ought to warrant capital punishment and i for one am actually a firm opponent of capital punishment.
Yeah theyre fucking retarded for not testing it. But these are the Iraqi and United Kingdom governments, this is not the United States of America. People bash on the United States of America but many of the standard protocol we take for granted, even nusance at times, doesn't exist in many other governments.
Nevertheless, the government is at fault for not testing them, but not criminally at fault. They suffered the repercussion of lost money and KIA's (God bless, RIP), and they don't deserve to have any other penal consequences.
What this man committed was criminal in nature, not simple negligence. The negligence of the government doesn't constitute criminal negligence, but what the man committed was a premeditated act of fraud where, with prior knowledge, his government was scammed of $85 million and the men and women who defend him were killed. For that, he deserves to die.

yeah well thats exactly it. in his opinion it does work, he believed it and no one questioned him. in my opinion he is the scapegoat. he didnt force anyone to buy it. they paid 40,000 a piece and didnt do any tests to see if it actually worked? who is to blame here? the guy who believed his product worked(even though it didnt) or the people who bought them and never did any tests to make sure they actually worked or not, they just put them right in the field. it would have been simple enough to do some testing and figure out that they dont do anything and would have saved themselves 85mill. this sounds like the children's story "the emperors new clothes" except at the end the emperor arrests the people who made him the invisible clothes instead of admitting he was naive.

i somewhat agree, these people bought it without putting it through any tests of their own? putting so much blind faith into something that seems too good to be true is just asking for problems. i obviously feel terrible for all the lives lost and think that he should face consequences, but it is by no means is he the only one to blame.

I think there is more too it than that. They wouldn'y buy something that had not been tested at all in some way. No one is that stupid.

May be a "third party" tested it, or they took this guys word that his product worked (which would be stupid), in which case he lied and needs to go to jail.

Can't we all just agree that the man who invented this is retarded and smart as hell, and the investors were dumb for investing but it was a simple mistake? Let's just chill guys.
