Ok, this mountain has little snowmaking and no high speed lifts. I still give them props for going at it year after year, though. But guess what? Burton has just bought Magic Mountain...and yes.... they are turning it into an all-snowboard mountain. IM JELOUS!

grrr my house is only 5 min from magic, and its such a sick mountain when there's snow. I'd like to see what the local skiers think of this.

 
Listen kids, its prolly not true, and even so, magic does not have the capability to blow even enough snow for a pipe, there snowmaking pond is about the size of an acre, and the river that they can draw out of is so small that they have to limit how much they draw or it will dry up. Magic could never be an all park mountian anyway, the terrian is just not built for it.

yeah vtrider is right, there is no way that magic will be a prak-only mtn. The terrain is way to steep for snowboarders at that, it's like a throwback. Steep runs, old lifts, I bet half the people on here would never make it down
