1 frozen banana, frozen strawberries poured in with it(like 10ish?), blended to chop up, then milk(VANILLA SILK) added to total 2.5-3cups of bananaberryishmilk in the blender, then a really big peanut butter scoop, 1-2 normal sized nesquick(or better chocolate pow stuff) scoops, choc. protien powder, and some silk nog if it's in season, or cinnamon if you want it sweet, then blen again, every morning!
Or the cherry w/pom. juice kind for a less sweet taste.
