I can hardly read what it says because of the lack of contrast, and then after that I'm not sure if KAO is a name, or an abbreviation, or what. There's too much negative space which makes it feel like it's going to tumble over, and the letters seem to be randomly combined and placed for no reason.
Like was mentioned above, a good logo is first and foremost easily recognizable, understandable and readable, and only then is it clever or trendy or avante garde.
You need to re-work that. Focus on what you are trying to accomplish (Write a list), figure out how you can do that graphically (sketch for hours and hours whenever you have a pen and a piece of paper) and then sit back down at the computer after you've got a good concept.
Hope that helps!
